Steffen is the CEO at Zentiva, a multinational Pharma company with presence in more than 30 countries. He has worked in leadership positions with Syngenta, Acino and Sanofi. He has a demonstrated record of driving growth in multicultural environments.

Jayesh is an automotive industry executive and thought leader. He specialises in building world-class companies, and has played commercial leadership roles in organisations of different sizes throughout his career. An entrepreneur at heart, Jayesh previously founded veriCAR, India’s first independent used car certification service. He produces and hosts the AI in Automotive Podcast, featuring the people who are shaping the future of automotive.

Varun is a dynamic entrepreneur and seasoned investor. As a co-founder of Univariety and an angel investor, he has a track record of identifying and nurturing innovative ventures. He has expertise in marketing, strategic management, finance, and global expansion. His career includes leadership roles at ITC, Unilever, McKinsey, and Barclays Investment Bank. Currently, he drives product leadership at Checkout.com, Europe’s most valuable start-up.

Cyril is a partner with BM&A, an independent advisory, audit and financial services firm. Cyril has a diverse profile encompassing Strategy, M&A, Partnership, Integration and Project Management with Entrepreneurial and Intrapreneurial ventures.

Rantej Singh is a serial entrepreneur with successful exits and over 20 years in banking and tech, including stints at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Thomson Reuters. Rantej is an avid sportsman, a triple medal winner in US open Karate Championships, a finance author and trained engineer. Rantej is an MBA from IMD, Switzerland.

Pankaj is an experienced hands-on technologist with more than 18 years’ experience in early stage and at-growth startups based out of USA and India. He has worked with highly innovative companies like NTT Data, Spot Inc., Guruji.com, and Resonance Data. Pankaj is a gold medalist M.Sc. in Software Engineering.
