Anamika Agarwal is joining Eligere Technologies as Co-founder, with a sharp focus on Product and Growth.
Anamika Agarwal is a seasoned product leader with 18 years of experience in techno-product management and business strategy with Goldman Sachs, Walmart, Thomson Reuters, and at-scale startups. She is known for her razor-sharp intellect, tenacity, and sense of ownership in solving complex problems.
Anamika holds a BTech from IIT (Mumbai), M.Tech from MIT (USA) and an MBA – London Business School (UK). Anamika is based in Bangalore, India.
From launching large-scale consumer platforms to driving digital transformation across sectors like fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce, Anamika brings a rare blend of strategic insight and operational grit. But more than that, she brings heart, the kind of clarity, curiosity, and conviction that makes great teams even greater.

Anamika’s decision to step into the co-founder role comes at a crucial inflection point in our journey. Together with Rantej Singh (her former colleague at Thomson Reuters) and Pankaj Kothari, the founding team is now fully aligned in purpose, values, and momentum.
