Full-stack Developer
We are looking for a skilled developer (preferably full stack), comfortable with both front and back-end programming. You will be working with a team of highly skilled professionals and will be responsible for developing and designing front-end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties. Full Stack Developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing front end & back-end website architecture.
- Designing user interactions on web pages.
- Creating servers and databases for functionality.
- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
- Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
- Designing and developing APIs.
- Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
- Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BTech / MTech / MSc in Computer Science from top tier institutes or equivalent practical experience
- 2 to 5 years of work experience and comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
- Strong data structures and logical thinking ability
- Comfortable with Object oriented design & aware of oops concepts
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as PHP / Python (At Least one of them)
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, PGSql and Elasticsearch (At least one)
- Familiarity with MVC frameworks such as Laravel / Django.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React (Good to have).
- Familiarity with working of Salesforce, Hubspot or any other CRM (Good to have).
- Good problem-solving & verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn new technologies based on requirements.
Data Scientist
We are looking for a skilled data scientist who has experience in developing prediction systems and machine learning algorithms. Has hands-on experience with data science tools. Can work on large amounts of data to extract information and train machine learning models. Apply data science techniques such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and artificial intelligence to measure and improve results.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Building/Refining machine learning models using various techniques to solve problems.
- Analyze, process, and model data then interpret the results to create actionable plans.
- Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources.
- Analyzing large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions.
- Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analysis.
- Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BTech / MTech / MSc / PhD in Computer Science from top tier institutes like IIT, IISC, Indian Statistical Institute or equivalent practical experience
- 2 to 5 years of work experience and comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
- Programming Skills – knowledge of statistical programming languages like Python and database query languages like SQL is desirable. Familiarity with Scala, Java, or C++ is an added advantage.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Experience with a range of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including text processing, text annotation, and regular expressions is good to have.
